Software replacement for Blackmagic Design ATEM Television Studio

A organisation that I am volunteering for is considering buying a Blackmagic Design ATEM Television Studio to switch between camera outputs for a streaming show.
Its such an expensive device, specially in India. Is there a software way to do what this piece of hardware is doing through OBS?
