if we have the windows 10 anniversary update you cannot stream at all without freezing every 3 minutes? I dont get it...
Question / Help so there is nothing we can do?

As @Suslik V said, post a log first so we can see if you're having a different problem altogether.
Saying there is nothing you can do is not quite accurate. The PSA thread that I posted lists several possible workarounds, and that is if you're getting that specific error. Many people have no issues on Windows 10, even on the Anniversary Update. Try the ones you're comfortable trying, and let us know if they work or don't work.

That looks like the Windows 10 Anniversary Update issue I've described in the PSA thread. However, in the future, please don't provide partial logs. Use the built-in log upload feature in OBS Studio, or upload the files here so that we can see the whole thing. The logs provide a lot of useful information to us, including your complete OS version, CPU, GPU, and settings.
