Good morning! Looking at the first lines of the logs, my best guess is that for whatever reason, your "audioses.dll"
(C:/Windows/System32/audioses.dll)
is causing problems. I'm not that expert to tell you why, but I think you might try replacing it. For the download, it should be here:
https://www.dll-files.com/audioses.dll.html
WARNING: Replacing a System32 file can lead to serious problems with your OS, even making it unusable in some cases. This specific DLL should just manage audio and should be easy to replace without having issues, but before taking the risk:
- Use virustotal to scan the file downloaded from the link I sent you
- Make sure you have a System Restore Point
(Follow this guide for this:
)*
*It works for both Windows 8 (and 8.1) and Windows 10
With that said, once you took all the precautions or decided to risk, you can open the Explorer and go to C:/Windows/System32/ and place the new file, that will for sure ask for admin permission in order to edit system files and will ask you if you want to replace it.
I'm sure that the system will be using it and so there is no way you can just replace it this way, but I could be wrong.
If the system tells you that the file is in use, try looking for a tool that can schedule file deleting on the next boot.
Keep us updated!
