Sounds like you're getting a ton of ambient sound. Looks like you're using a Snowball mic, need to move it closer to your mouth and run it at a lower gain to help exclude stuff like keyboard noise. The in-game audio was a bit odd, but it was difficult to tell if that was a pickup problem, ambient, or something coming in over VoIP from the guy you were playing with.
I do recall there being a significant general weird-audio issue with STRIX sound cards. You might want to search the forums and see if you can find more info on that, and the workaround that got figured out. Could be related. I believe the fix was to turn off some audio enhancement feature somewhere in their driver software, but can't remember the specifics.
Disregard SumDim, your link contained a timestamp, and the encoding guidelines are just that... rules of thumb to ballpark from. 40fps will work, though I'd recommend dropping to 30 as you are getting a LOT of visual artifacting at the bitrate you're currently running, and it looks pretty bad. Lower framerate will allow more bitrate for image fidelity... there's a big difference between the rate you're playing at, and the rate you're streaming at. The streaming rate can be lower to help make up for issues, and give you more margin for quality.
