Question / Help So, I reinstalled OBS and I noticed this

Hey again,

So, for some reason OBS 18.0 kept crashing on me every time I started it up when it was working fine for a while. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. Everything seems to be working fine, but now I noticed that I no longer have or see the Rate Control option, Keyframe Interval and such. And I was just wondering if I have nothing to worry about when I try streaming again.
