Question / Help Smooth Stream Settings?

I've got 1000mbps download and 1000mbps upload
Components

• 1 x Intel Core i7-6700 3.40GHz (Skylake) Socket LGA1151 Processor
• 1 x Gigabyte Z170-Gaming K3 ATX Motherboard [CrossFire]
• 1 x Aerocool Integrator 700W Power Supply
• 1 x Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) 3000MHz DDR4 Memory- Black
• 1 x Corsair H45 Water Cooler
• 1 x 256GB SK hynix SSD SC308, M.2 (SATA) 2280-S3-B-M
• 1 x Palit GeForce GTX 1080 GameRock - 8GB Graphics Card

What kind of settings should I put for the smoothest crisp stream.

If you are streaming to twitch, go for 720p60 using lanczos downscale filter.

And go to the output tab and use advanced mode.
Encoder x264
Rate control CBR
Bitrate 3000
Keyframe interval 2
CPU preset faster
Profile main

If you are getting encoding overloaded then change your fps to 30 or lower your preset to veryfast. If you have extra CPU then you can change your CPU preset to fast.
