Question / Help Smooth obs laggy and buffering twitch

I am running obs to stream H1Z1 and when I play i have 0 dropped frames and its smooth, however my viewers are telling me the stream is unbearable and is constantly buffering help please I have an uplaod speed and 22MBS and a download speed of 25MBS so that shouldnt be an issue

Most of the issues in your log point to encoding or rendering lag, which suggests an overburdened CPU instead of connection issues or buffering. I would suggest trying one or more of these:

• Turn down the settings in H1Z1
• Cap your H1Z1 framerate
• Lower your FPS in OBS Studio to 30

Also, turn your custom buffer size back off.

If you want to analyze your Twitch stream, try this while streaming. If you're actually having buffering issues, it may be out of your control, but read this to go over your options.
