Question / Help Smooth 60fps?

Was wondering what exactly do I need to achieve this.
My obs says 60fps but it doesn't seem as smooth as others.

Any guides on how I can achieve that?

That log is incomplete. Can you do a test stream, restart OBS, and then upload your "last" log?
