Question / Help Small vs Full Installer

I got a notice for an update and the page to download it has both Small and Full Installers.
I do not understand the difference between them.

I believe the FULL includes the browser source.

Both install the same OBS. But the full version additionally includes the browser source plugin, and you can choose to install or not install the browser source plugin. The small version doesn't contain the browser source plugin. If you download the full installer and choose not to install the browser source plugin, it's resulting in the same install as it would be if you install from the small installer.
