Small stutter every 5-7 seconds

Okay, so even when I am just capturing (not even streaming or recording) whatever is playing in the OBS window has a small skip every 5-7 seconds for like half a second. Also it does not matter what type of capture (game/display etc). This also happens on both monitors. One being 2566x1440 144hz refresh and the other 1920x1080 60hz refresh. It's very noticeable and it does also happen if streaming or recording. Audio is not affected and works just fine. Not sure if a log will help since this happens even without streaming/recording but I will include one as well. Other then adjusting some settings in OBS I'm not really sure what could be causing this. The game or whatever I am capturing does not lag at all it's purely just in OBS.

There's no streaming or recording session in your log so suggestions are based on very limited information.

It is recommended to have a single capture source per scene and you have a ton of them in the same scene. Either create different scenes for different games or use the same game capture source for all games. Also, Game capture and Display Capture in the same scene is very highly discouraged.

Lastly, there are a bunch of additional errors in your log that aren't worth going through one by one. I assume it's a streamelements plugin so remove it, create a new Scene Collection and only add Game capture then test. If it works, slowly add your other sources until you start having issues again.

Without a complete log, this is all I can recommend changing, based on the issues you want solved.

Geeze this was such a simple fix I feel so stupid lol. Removing all the other captures and just having one fixed this issue immediately. I honestly didn't even think that could be causing it. Thank you so much.

As far as the other errors, I actually just removed all the captures and didn't touch the streamelements plugin at all, just used one game capture and it fixed, might just move to a display capture so I don't need to worry about deleting and adding captures. Do you think it's worth looking into the other errors or should I just leave it since everything seems to be fine now?

If there aren't any issues right now, the other errors shouldn't be much of a concern. If something wonky starts happening, feel free to post again to have them sorted.
