Small parts of recording are messed up and unreadable

Hello, I would first like to say that I'm really new to OBS and barely use it to 10% of it's abilities.

I started recording game sessions some time ago (Final Fantasy XIV, in case it matters), I switched from Action to OBS due to performance issues and everything was fine. Then a few weeks ago I noticed that ending the recording would take an abnormally long time (up to several minutes sometimes), I did some light digging and found that recording in fragmented MP4 instead of MPEG-4 solved that issue, then another issue came when putting the file into an old version of Sony Vegas I got years ago where most of the file was missing, after some research I found that using OBS to convert the file would solve the problem and everything was fine. Until this Monday when OBS was done converting it said something along the lines of "Recording remuxed, but the file may be incomplete" and indeed it was. The 2 hours video was only 6 minutes long, when I went to check the original file, VLC had trouble reading it, and when using the default windows 10 video player, I was unable to move around the video length. I looked around the video and found 3 spots scattered seemingly randomly that would completely freeze the video anywhere I tried to read it, these were short (from 3 to 40 seconds) gaps where the recording was messed up and unreadable, I was unable to put the file into Vegas, eventually got around by cutting those moments using another editing software, but I would like to fix this issue before an important part of a recording gets messed up like this and lost forever. And today the same thing happened again, I recorded 10 different sessions of varying length, and one of them had that same issue, both times this happened nothing went wrong (at least nothing noticeable), I didn't get any performance issues in game, didn't suffer any crashes or anything of the sort, so I'm really confused.

Again, I'm very new to all this, I have the basic settings pretty much everywhere, I record locally and don't stream, I don't have a microphone recording and changed nothing (save for updating OBS when prompted to) since I started using OBS. Here are the logs of the 2 times where it messed up somewhere and another where that problem didn't appear. Thank you for your time
