Small freezes on Scene transition when OBS unloads files from the older Scene

Hy,

so I have this problem that when I move between Scenes I always get a short freeze when OBS unloads all the stuff from the older Scene. There are no obscene amounts of sources and all of them are optimized and to close etc. when not visible.

Any ideas? Tried it with all my plugins an without, same outcome. All of the files are on an NVME drive

don't enable close when not visible. should speed transitions up.

But why is there a freeze on unloading? I don't have that one when it loads into a new scene so i guess just another bug in OBS

Okay there we go found it. Using the option "Restart playback when the source becomes active" creates those small freezes when scenes get unloaded from the other scene.

But I need to use it or else OBS doesn't unload all of this from ram and keeps using 1,2GB
