Small Frame Drops while recording with Elgato HD 60S

I recently upgraded my computer and I'm fairly certain it's capable of handling recording. But for some reason, I'm getting some frame drops in my recording. Nothing too extreme, but noticeable enough. If anyone could help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it.

1. Run OBS as Administrator.
2. Disable Game DVR.
3. Disable Pyscho Visual Tuning.
4. Record with mkv, not mp4, remux them if u want them mp4 with OBS or with other program.

Thanks for the advice.

I've been launching OBS as admin exclusively now, I disabled both DVR from Nvidia and Xbox and the Psycho Visual Tuning is off, AND all of my footage is being recorded in MKV now. This did help a lot, there's very little frame loss, but for some reason there's still a bit, no matter what I do. I even started playing with the settings and priorities, including making OBS run on high priority and reducing both video quality and bitrate, but for some reason there's still a consistent frame drop here and there. Also, for some reason the logs still say I'm running a game DVR, but I made certain they're all disabled. Could it be an issue with Windows 11 or possibly with my Elgato only being HD60 S?

1. Don't put YUV color range from settings>advanced to full, leave it default as partial.
2. Leave color space and range default for video capture device.
3. Try OBS Fullscreen projector to play your games captured from elgato.
4. If your drive is failing u can lose frames because of it.
5. Regarding Windows 11, it may be from here, since it's not a stable like 10 (imo).
6. You can also try to record with VBR and CQP.
