Small breaks in recordings since new 2k 144 Hz monitor

Hello,
since I've got my 2K 144Hz monitor my recordings keep having small breaks.. The game itself runs smooth.
I'm recording in 1080p 60 FPS. The video looks normal until sometimes a little break of some milliseconds hits in.. Thats really annoying to watch and I don't know how to fix this.

I tried already to set the monitor to 120 Hz and gave the CPU more priority for OBS.

I hope you can find something in my log file.. And sorry for my bad english.

My Hardware:
i7-5820K CPU @ 4.20GHz
RTX 2070 Armor
Western Digital 3 TB Elements external HDD USB3.0

1. The version of Windows you are running has a limitation which causes performance issues in hardware accelerated applications (such as games) if multiple monitors with different refresh rates are present. Your system's monitors have 2 different refresh rates (120 and 60), so you are affected by this limitation.

To fix this issue, we recommend updating to the Windows 10 May 2020 Update OR set both monitors to same refresh rate. Follow these instructions if you're not sure how to update. Recommended you update per https://obsproject.com/blog/five-simple-tips-for-new-streamers
2. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene.
3. The encoder is skipping frames because of CPU overload. Read about General Performance and Encoding Issues.
4. Your GPU is maxed out and OBS can't render scenes fast enough. Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. OBS requires a little GPU to render your scene.

Enable Vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage.

If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game. If you are experiencing issues in general while using OBS, your GPU may be overloaded for the settings you are trying to use.

Please check our guide for ideas why this may be happening, and steps you can take to correct it: GPU Overload Issues.
5. In Windows 10 versions 1809 and newer, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode
