Small black box near the center of screen

Hello gang, I've recorded I video and most things seem to be fine except for a small black box near the center of the screen. That's about all there is to it. Here's the log file if you need it.

Don't use more than one capture type (display, game, window) in a scene like you are doing here:

Thank you for the help. I didn't realize you had to turn those off or I accidentally turned them on or whatever happened.
