When I play any game like Apex Legends and Fortnite my sensitivity is fast and snappy everything runs great. But when I stream on OBS or StreamLabs OBS I get this weird slowed feeling where it kinda feels like there's input delay. Even when the OBS is open and not recording/streaming, it still makes the game feel slowed. When I remove the gaming scene, everything is back to normal, extremely fast and snappy gameplay. I have a pretty good CPU using an i7-6700k @ 4.5ghz with 16 gb of ram, I can't figure out what's wrong.

I have tried disabling preview, doesn’t help, I have two monitors both are 60 hertz. OBS is on my secondary monitor
