Question / Help Slow FPS in World Of Warships while streaming using 5960x and Radeon Pro Duo

Hi,

I can play easy the game at 75 FPS with FreeSync enable on my Monitor , however when streaming to twitch the FPS drops below 30 frames/s in World Of Warships regardless if I use AMD or x264 encoding.

I use latest OBS Studio,

System Specs:

MOBO - ASUS Rampage V 10th Edition
CPU - i7 5960X @ 4,5 Ghz
GPU - Radeon Pro DUO *GB
RAM - Corsair Platinum DDR4 32GB 2666 MHz
Monitor - LG UltraWide 34UM88C-P 34-Inch 3880x1440
Hard Drive - ATA SSD

Could someone let me know how to set this up correctly?
