We've had two problems in the last week. We've been broadcasting from church for months now without problems. Last Sunday, we had pixelitaion all over the OBS preview and output screens that also went out on the livestream throughout the service. When trying to resolve that this week we saw a new problem.
The PTZOptics camera control software moves the camera between presets within a second or so UNTIL we play a scene that has a pre-recorded video. We've included videos for months without problems, but now, after playing the video, the preset moves take 30 seconds so show up in OBS, but the camera actually moves immediately and the PTZOptics software shows the output of the camera changing as soon as the camera moves. It is only the OBS windows that are 30 seconds behind. The only way we've found it to correct it is to restart OBS. It didn't have this issue last week, only the pixelating. It isn't a camera problem because it only happens after playing a MEDIA source and the PTZOptics screen looks fine. Something is wrong in OBS.
We use a PTZ Optics 20XSDI, but we are using RSTP format, 720p, 30fps. We have OBS 26.0.2.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
