so i dont know how good it really gets without a capture card, but when i record anything, especially csgo, its kinda choppy, blurry, and laggy. Only a little bit, however, whenever i load it up to record, i have to mess with it, such as enabling and disabling limit capture fps, or common fps values. I dont know if what i have is as good as it gets, or if i could improve it.
Specs: i7 4770k 3.4ghz
2xGTX 970
16gb RAM
I also run with 10000 bitrate, which works just fine, i get 100mbs download and 14mbs upload, 1080p 60fps, and only the recording lags a little bit, not the game
