I've been trying different settings for DAYS, googling and testing tons of different "best 1080p setup" setup, but nothing is giving me a smooth 1080p recording. I've gotten it sort of smooth, but then there is so much artifacting going on that I can't even see my crosshair... ATM trying out settings for apex legends.
CPU: 8086k OC to 5ghz
GPU: SLI ROG 1080
RAM: 64Gb
I just whant to record, and I think there might be a problem due to me having 240hz monitors, but I am way to sick and tired of this to start messing around with obs, in-game AND monitor settings... Can anyone help me get a baseline and then a nudge in the right direction for a OK recording? (I don't care about the recording being 60fps, I just don't whant my 1080p recordings looking like they're 480p...)
Using performance mode, have tride lowering refreshrate to 120hz on both monitors, have tried both GPU (even turned of my sli and used one GPU as a dedicated encoder) and CPU encoding.
