Hello -
Before starting my issue, here are some general information specs:
Stream PC -
Windows 10 Pro
Mem: 32GB RAM
Proc: i7 -8950
Cap Card: AverMedia Live Gamer GC553
I'm having a strange issue where randomly during streams, the audio from my capture card will cease to come through to SLOBS. In order to fix this, I open the Properties of the capture card, uncheck the check box for Custom Audio, and reapply. Audio resumes, and at a later time this cycle will repeat. I've tried to update all drivers across the board, remove the device and readd it, but this has not resulted in any success. This evening I'll run diagnostics when this occurs again, and update this thread but was wondering if anyone has come across a similar situation and could provide some guidance?
