I'm using an Elgato HD60 Pro to capture my Xbox One gameplay to my PC which I'm then using OBS to stream/record with. Everything works almost perfect except there's a slight audio crackling/muffling from time to time.
The weirdest thing is within Elgato Game Capture HD software the playback there is zero instances of the audio being like this. It's only through OBS.

I'm dealing with Elgato support at the moment and have updated sound drivers and BIOS and still nothing. They are continuing to try to help me on this issue.
