Skype with NDI and multiple guests

Hi all. I have successfully set up multiple guests with Skype using NDI into OBS. However, there is a massive echo in the audio from each person. Is this my monitoring or is it something else. If I bring in a single person, the audio is fine. It's just when I have multiple people in the scene. Is it possibly because I am monitoring Skpe as well as OBS audio. I can't work out how to separate them.

Guys, Skype NDI mixes the audio of that meeting and sends that mix with every persons NDI video feed.
So if you use 4 NDI video feeds, you only need audio from 1 person. So make sure you mute the audio from the other feeds in OBS.

Also, don't send the audio from OBS back to the Skype meeting.
