Skype Local User not showing as NDI source in OBS

Lately I've encountered an issue. When I try to set up a Skype broadcast Skype Local User (that's me) is not showing as an NDI source in OBS only the guest. This is the first time this is happening to me. I am using latest OBS version, latest Skype desktop versions, NDI plugin for OBS 4.9.0.
I didn't had this problem before, but a week ago I had to reinstall Windows, and the issues started.
Could you please be so kind to point me to the right direction?

I had the same problem, and I believe it is something related to skype, I uninstalled and installed a version older than 8.82 and the Local NDI worked again
