Question / Help Skype Interview Audio and Video out of sync

I am trying to do Skype Interviews and stream them live. I have a new MacBook Pro and am using LoopBack for pulling audio from Skype. The audio is ahead of the video and I can't seem to be able to sync using the sync offset in the audio mixer. Can someone help?
