Skype delay on OBS recording

I recorded some video the other night and part of that is me and my co-host both on screen chatting, using skype NDI to capture his video/audio feed. For some reason while our discussions on skype were fine when I looked back at the OBS recording afterwards his video and audio while aligned are out of syn with mine, so I would says something, couple seconds delay (much more than during our conversation), then he would start talking and before he'd finished I'd start talking over top of him (a lot earlier than I do normally anyway hahah!). It's almost like the entire skype feed is delayed by a couple of seconds despite it being fine within skype itself...

Any suggestions as to what might have caused this or what I can do to stop it happening in the future? It's not happened before and we've used this set up multiple times with it always seeming to be fine, I'm struggling to think of anything I did differently but I don't recall modifying any setup anywhere :/

I have also noticed quite a bit of delay/lack of sync between audio and video when capturing Skype video as NDI along with the voice. This happened during streaming through OBS, not on skype. However, SKype NDI certainly provides very good quality video and audio. If pople have experience, please suggest if there is a general trick to fix this or do I have to fix the delay for every NDI video individually?

Me too. It was fine but since like a month ago, using NDI with skype on streaming has a bit of delay but in the skype window its fine, like I can see people in the call without lagging. Anyway please help!!!!

Same problem. Could be actualizations?
