Question / Help Skype Camera and Audio not synced in OBS Studio

1. Hi there, I ran into an issue last night where my Skype video and audio were not matched up correctly. I produce Call of Duty showmatches and use OBS studio. Everything on my end is in sync, the video, Elgato, etc.

   I'm sure there's a way to make it synced up, just need the right guidance, haven't been able to find anything anywhere
