Question / Help Skype Calls - voice volume discrepancy

I am using OBS Studio 23.0.2 on Win7 32-bit to record weekly Skype for Business Meetings (Skype 2016). For some reason, my side of the audio is very quiet, whereas the other side is often a bit too loud. I can fix the loudness issue by just turning down the call volume, but I can't seem to boost the volume of my own voice. 1. My current physical setup:
   1. Laptop connected to USB extenders. This allows my Cisco PrecisionHD camera to be setup about 25-ft away from the laptop.
   2. Laptop is connected via VGA to an overhead projector.
   3. Laptop is connected via AUX to that same projector.
2. OBS Capture setup:
   1. Display capture for Skype video and powerpoint(s)
   2. Audio Input: Cisco PrecisionHD
   3. Audio Output: Headphones (AUX projector)
   4. Video Capture: Cisco PrceisionHD

This has been driving me crazy for quite a while. Thanks for any help!
