Question / Help Skipping frames w/ good specs with stable internet, am i doing something wrong?

ill post everything i think i need to show to be helped (settings, twitch bandwidth test, etc.)
im not sure why im skipping/losing frames i have a decent build with clearly decent internet. running 48 fps 3.5k bitrate on 720p resolution... my first theory was i needed more ram, which might still hold true. a friend's theory was my internet wasnt relaying the information, hence the frames skipping.... im not too sure but if there's anything else you need, information wise, feel free to ask.

Edit: i am now realizing im using streamlabs obs (im aware it requires more cpu usage) not sure if this is allowed in these forums, worth a shot thank you <3

This is OBS streamlabs. It is not the software most of us are familiar. Using their forum would be best.

That being said, if you want help, you need to post much more. I am not sure if posting a log is the same for OBS streamlabs but here is the link to the guide for OBS.

Knowing what you are trying to stream, an example video, and that log are the pieces of info I would like to see.
