Question / Help Skipped video frames but audio is smooth, not streaming.

Guys hi,

I am doing video recordings and frames are skipped.

It has 2 recordings, let's focus on file 2018-06-24 16-46-21.mov

Seems it's caused by encoding lag, but not sure.

Could you please check and tell how to fix it?

Your CPU is not even remotely powerful enough to encode your resolution with the given preset. It may be that the amd-vce hardware encoder is available in your machine (update OBS, you have an old version).
