Skipped Frames to Rendering/Encoding

Hey, So typical skipped frames post. I'm not sure where to start as i used to to stream with no issues. I wanted to get back into it and running into issues now.
Had these issues on 28.0.3 so i reverted back to 27.2.4 and I'm still having them. Log - https://obsproject.com/logs/4mZxVsklhol1K8_i

Specs:
CPU - 5900x
GPU - Strix 2080 Ti
Ram - 32g G.Skill @ 3600 Mhz
PSU - EVGA G3 850W

I have tried old setting as well as new settings. Not sure what else to check at this point.

I was testing by recording so I don’t think the internet connection would change anything.

Will the log pull from recording or do I have to stream to get the correct log?

I have narrow the problem down to the game. All games seem to be fine except Destiny 2.

I believe that it's just telling you how OBS is running/rendering things overall. Is the game itself skipping? Or does the recording not look right?

Given how differently games can run, it'd be hard to pinpoint the exact problem. Some games are more GPU heavy or CPU heavy, etc. Some games have trouble rendering stuff within itself. If you're only having issues with Destiny 2, you may need to lower either the game's settings, or OBS's rendering resolution.

But someone else may have some more insight into what may be going on.
