Skipped frame (encoder lag) with no CPU overload and low CPU usage.

Hey everyone, I would absolutely love if someone could give some clarity as to why I may be suffering from "skipped frames". It cannot be my bitrate, my resolution or any of those settings as I have been using the same settings for 2 years.

I am wanting to know if anything within this log file is leading towards potentially causing skipped frames. I seem to be getting "typeError" for my goal widgets as well, which I have contacted someone about.

Any help would be great! This is my latest stream with only 0.1% skipped frames.
I must say that I am getting NO DROPPED FRAMES and the stream is running buttery smooth the entire time from a viewer perspective.

I don't have a solution, but I wanted to bump this because I'm having the same issue and have exhausted what I can find via google.
