Question / Help Single PC Live Streaming Setup GoPro/C920/C930e 30/60FPS

I've been using OBS well over a year, mostly to do recordings. A while back, I started making live streams; this is my channel and latest video:

I use a Logitech C920 as a main webcam and C525 as secondary webcam.
I have a single PC for gaming and streaming (don't want to use 2nd PC for streaming/recording).

These are my PC specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K
GPU: Nvidia Gigabyte GTX 980 Ti Gaming G1
MoBo: ASUS Z97-A
RAM: Kingston HyperX 16GB DDR3
Screen: 3 x 27" LG 5760 x 1080
Screen: 1 x 24" BenQ 1920 x 1080
Screen: 1 x 5" Dashboard Monitor

I want a better quality while streaming.

With all these in mind:

QUESTIONS/ALTERNATIVES:

1. I know C920 can only output 30FPS, so if I upgrade to a C930e (capable of 60FPS) will I see an increase in quality?

2. I already own a GoPro Hero4 Silver, if I buy Aver Media Live Gamer Extreme capture device (http://www.avermedia.com/gaming/product/game_capture/live_gamer_extreme) will I see an increase in quality?

3. Any other alternatives are welcome.

Between option 1 and 2, which one is better for quality and has less impact on CPU/GPU processes for a single gaming/streaming/recording PC.

Thanks for your help.

Please I need an expert on this.
Already been trying multiple settings it's just too much to deal with.
Someone give some light at the end of the tunnel please...
