Question / Help Single Monitor Recording

Hello All,
I have only a single monitor to use and want to record tutorial videos being played on a browser.
I'm NOT making tutorials, just making a copy.
What is my best option for getting OBS recording, being able to stop the recording, and not being in the recording?

Hotkeys for Starting and Stopping recording, or Window Capturing the browser window(this will require you to disabled hardware acceleration)
