Question / Help Simultaneously Record Multiple Scenes?

As noted in title, I was wondering if it was possible to record two (or more!) scenes at the same time. I am wondering this in general, but specifically I would like to record an action (no streaming for this particular project) from multiple angles, then in post production choose which scenes to display, transitions, etc for the final video. I can see maybe having multiple computers each runnig an instance of OBS and doing it that way, but, being a noob, I am not sure how easy it would be to synch up the seperate recordings and it seems simpler to have all video tracks in one plce for editing. Anyway, any suggestions (or let me know if I am completely off the rails :-) ) appreciated!

It's not possible to record more than one scene with one OBS instance. However, it is possible to start OBS multiple times on one PC and let each instance record something different. But this is quite resource demanding, and you might overload your PC with that. Having multiple computers is an option as well.

Do you know the clapperboard in movie production? It's this board with the scene number written on it and someone claps it shut before the actual acting starts place. This clap is used to synchronize multiple recordings from different cameras in post production. Use something similar to synchronize the stuff you want to record. This clap gives quite a distinctive mark in the audio track, so you can synchronize even a single frame.
