Question / Help Simply having OBS open (NOT streaming, recording, or previewing) causes me to lose upwards of 80fps (~30%)

Seems to be a rare problem. I do have 3 monitors running at different refresh rates, but the problem persists even after I disconnect 2/3 of the monitors.

To start.

Click this, to make sure it's not your 15 webcam sources or anything else doing it. New Scene Collection, close OBS, reopen it.

Add a single display capture, nothing else. If you don't lose any FPS then it's something in your old scene collection
