As OBS is so rich in features and inexpensive to the end-user - it is hard to complain.
But I am expeiencing tremendous problems in sucessfully recording CNN when my Chrome Browser is set to Full Screen.
Is there an OBS white paper which comprehensively discusses the options and settings to record online news programs? For example, while the words "record" and "stream" are used with great frequency: I can't figure out if I am better if using "record" or "stream".
