Question / Help Simple broadcasting setup for Android Screen capture

I'm having a hard time using obs. I'm currently using a computer with 10.9 and 10.12 at two separate locations. And I have highest version of OBS that is compatible with those operating systems.

Since I'm not using the Macintosh to broadcast out directly but I'm screencapping it to an Android screen capture device, I figure just use simpler stuff.

So all I need are basically three things. A window that could show my Hauppauge Rocket capture live, live webcam video, and a running text of what people are saying to me.

the third one is fairly easy just find the URL on Twitch so I can chat only window and just put up there.

The other two are a little harder. I can't seem to get a live picture of pitfall 2 for the Atari 2600. I don't know if High capture settings slow other things down. I noticed my audio is kind of a very choppy version of the pitfall 2 song playing live. And the videos looks like a single Brown pixel. Would that be a question for the makers of hdpvr capture?

The other question is a webcam. I could get a webcam on photo booth however it nears everything on the screen as I show it. There is an option it says flip but it doesn't flip the live version only the completed portion. I know I could do special effects and send him I wanted to with live video using photo booth, but I just want a simple picture of me, and yes because dexterity is part of my issue I don't want to give an image that I'm lying about me playing right handed stick when the flip video looks like I'm playing left-handed stick.

By the way I know how to do it on Android. I was able to display a picture on my Android using the video capture. And I know how to broadcast it using streamlabs Android broadcaster screen capture.

I just got to figure out these two things. thank you goodbye.
