Question / Help Significant FPS Drop when Streaming

Hi guys, recently I tried to stream and I noticed a drop in FPS in game, as well as an extremely choppy output (although I did not notice any dropped frames on OBS).

I have an Intel I7-7700HQ @ 2.80GHz 16GB of RAM and a 1050ti (its an ASUS GL553VE)

I've attached a couple logs since I turned the stream on and off a couple times whilst messing with settings

Your OBS is using the Intel onboard HD Graphics card and it is running at full load, that's why you get rendering lag.
The CPU is also not fast enough to encode 120fps at FullHD (99% encoding lag).
Disable the Intel onboard GPU or configure your system so that OBS and the Game is running on the Nvidia card.
Also use game capture instead of window capture if possible (not possible for chrome, but for League Of Legends).
