Hi, I have issue when trying to record video with enabled Nvidia Fast Sync (to prevent tearing), and video recording with shutter (I think this because fastsync dropping frames) - https://youtu.be/-nn7HPD-Fg4
Settings - x264, ultrafast, qp=0, capture with Display Capture DXGI; OS Windows 10 LTS 2021
But without fastsync everything is good.
Also I noticed this problem only with DXGI capture, when I change to second method "Windows", issue is gone. But this mode is completely not usable because of yellow borders which cannot be disabled and it's very disturbing.
