Shut down error: Video output is currently active. Please turn off any outputs to change Video Settings? I'm not recording or streaming.

I installed OBS 32.02 on a new Macbook laptop and when I try to quit I get the error. I read about NDI Output but I do not have NDI Output i my tools. I do have a few lovense plugins and one obs-multi-rtmp plugin.
