Question / Help Showing Pink Screen after recording

After I record some fortage it flashes Pink, have included the log file and video of what is happening, the clicking in the video is me clicking my fingers so audio is all good there

Install VLC and repair/reinstall/upgrade AMD Radeon R5 Graphics drivers and then try streaming again.
