Showing or Highlighting Mouse clicking in a video registration

hello, is it possible - and how ? - to show or highlight in any way when clicking the mouse or pressing the enter key? Background: I m creating video tutorials where I show working with an editor, on the linux shell etc. So I want to make clear to the users where the left mouse button or enter key is pressed
