showing one scene on top of another

My goal is to be able to stream a worship service and 'pop' on and other some text banners. You can see from the screenshot that I set up scenes with sources. When I run the video LCOF test 2, it runs fine. But when I try to add the scene 'peace' to it, either nothing happens or I lose the video.
I am a complete newbe -- please help!

The order in which you place the sources determine what shows. your test scene 2 is on top of peace, so if test 2 fills the screne , you will never see peace. You need to place all texts,banners etc that you wish to turn on and off up higher in the source shack.
