Hi,
I would like to suggest the ability to show Skipped Frames while you are recording instead of only in the logs.
Why i suggest this is that it could make it more rapid to troubleshoot issues for several reasons.
You can see immediately if your settings are impossible, you can also track when the skipped frames occurred.
Currently as far as i can tell, you have to record, do your thing, then look at the logs. Nothing wrong with that in itself.
The main gain is the ability to track when issues occur as mentioned.
Cause let's say a scenario causes a huge drop in frames.
The log will simply say (Number of skipped frames: 1000 (20.1234%)) or something.
One will imagine that it simply dropped those frames during the recording and not in one, or several occasions.
Now such a thing is not normal though.
The ordinary purpose of this function would be the speed up in notice if your system can handle the settings or not:)
Thanks and a late Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone:D!
