Show only some content on Screen or projector locally.

I'm new at this and I am probably not the first to go this way nor will I be the last, so I thought I'd share.
I have a live ordination ceremony with a small group of people and also streaming online. I will have a projector and screen in the room which I want to show 3 video files on and nothing else. I need those videos to play to the stream and locally but the screen only gets those three videos. I created 3 scenes one for each video I then create a 4th scene (vid playback) that has those three scenes as the sources. I got this far a few weeks ago the trick I was missing is that I can play each video individually keeping them hidden (the eye) I click the eye to start playback of each video.

The second half of the problem local playback. right click on the "Vid Playback" scene and select "Full Screen Projector Screen Monitor 2". This will send only the content of that Scene to the local projector.

Now I can go to scene vid playback and click the eye to playback each video or if I'm feeling really tricky I can assign hotkeys to "show" and "hide" the 3 video sources. I just picked alt-shift-(1-3) and alt-shift-4 to hide all three so that I can make the changes blind. IE all off and then #2 on switch to "vid playback".

Thanks for this. It's helpful as I also have a wedding tomorrow with 2x videos. I can get away with one by sending scene to projector but more than one is a nightmare. Do you have to turn them off at the end by the eye so that Video 1 doesn't play when you select the scene to use Video 2?
