Read on help OBS that there are issues with Logitech c920 webcam.
Not sure if that's what is causing my broadcast to freeze and cut out frequently.
I'm going to get a new modem to see if that corrects problem.
Ustream recommended using OBS since they were having issues with Apple High Sierra operating system.
I tried lowering settings but even at 480p and 1500 kb/s it's still freezing.
I am getting 11 upload speed
