I will be using an animated video-based overlay for things like twitch subs. I am wondering how best to go about this, as a browser source does not really seem possible here. The overlay will be a hologram like animation and then the text would appear over it.
This video is the closest existing thing I could find to what I ultimately will have animation-wise. My version will of course be on a black background to be over-layed over the actual stream.
