Many users do not know that you can run out of GPU resources and it causes dropped frames, which is very confusing if you don't know that your GPU just doesn't have enough shaders and decoders. We should be able to see the GPU usage next to the CPU usage, but we should also show the number of available video decoders because that will cause A LOT of dropped frames. When this is happening, there should be a red warning signal that if you click on it will show you why you're having dropped frames and has a link you to the OBS Disrocord help channel and automatically upload your logs for the OBS Help bot. You would click on the link and the software should instruct you how to make a good help channel post, and ask you to phrase exactly what is going wrong. It would also help people with dis and inabilities if you had a speech-to-text feature so users can say what is going wrong. A lot of people can say what the problem is but can't type it. The software can then search for common problems to offer solutions so we don't flood the Discord help channel.
