Should i enable HAGS in 2024?

HAGS is must to use for 4xxx RTX, but i doubt OBS will works on HAGS on due to last year issue : https://obsproject.com/kb/hags

its now 2024, can i turn it on now so i can take advantage of both DLSS 3 and stream using OBS? or should i just go back to streamlabs or other streaming softwate that doesnt interferes with HAGS?

the problem is OBS itself, HAGS is defaut on for windows 11 but OBS has issues with it, while streamlabs or other streaming software is ok with it.

thats why i want to confirm whether OBS has fix the HAGS issue on 2024
